Arrived in good time, untampered and in good condition.I have given this 5 stars as I think it has definitely contributed to the strength of my nails and hair, since I have been taking Horsetail, (which has been for several months now!) However I do attribute the growth (especially of my nails,) mostly to the intake of Biotin as a complimentary supplement.I would lastly like to add that, whilst I have seen great results with this product, it isn’t the brand that produces the supplements that matters, but more so the content and dosage the individual requires. Therefore the stars mostly reflect my satisfaction with the price at the time of purchase (which was quite competitive,) and the great speed of delivery and condition I received the product in.

I used this product to strengthen my teeth, and I actually find that it whitens teeth! But still need to stay away fromThe sugary stuff otherwise my sensitivity to sugar on the gums comes back faster the more sweet things I intake. So I try a no zero sugar policy, this is good for nails too.

Horsetail is used on the herbal medicine market for a number of aliments. However, I use it as a diuretic -- increasing the amount of urine I produce -- for which I find it very efficient. Consult your doctor before taking even herbal medicines if you are unsure.

I have arthritis tendon ligament and muscle damage. I use a number of supplements from best naturals and believe theyare very good and helpful

To start it was my own fault for not reading up on the side affects when you have a heart condition.However I thought there might be someone else like me that missed the importance of either talking to their Doctor or reading more about side affects.I took two tablets with a meal as recommended and within 1 hour my heart rate dropped to 48 Bpm and I felt extremely Ill, I felt a little rough the next day but hopefully caused no long-term damage.So I would not use if you have a heart condition of any kind and possibly seek Doctors advice before taking Horsetail. I have also recently read that this is not to be taken long-term.

I’ve used for about three months and my hair is growing faster than when I wasn’t taking. Does not help my hair loss though

Been using this for years. It is a great herb to strengthen hair and helps it stay healthy . I use this with biotin and Ashwaganda,holy basil,schisandra,rhodiola and thyroid edge , added these others because I had taken antibodies for a infected tooth,and it made me have hair loss and thinning, so after several months is now getting better.

I purchased these vitamins because I herd that they can grow my hair. I take a total of six vitamins per Day, so two with each meal. I recommend that if you are going to take them to drink plenty of water so that they can break down faster. When I didn't have enough fluid, I felt them lingering in my throat. I have seen hair growth results.

Works for hair growth. I noticed thicker hair. No hair regrowth, which I figured since this isn't a dht blocker, but once I took it with saw palmetto, wow is all I can. The both make a great combo.
