Fit as expected
I was fit for these shoes at a shoe store and purchased the additional ones…my only advice would be make sure you look to ensure you have female or male shoes. There is a stick figure person next to the size -turns out I was fit in men’s shoes so my original purchase was for the wrong size in women’s shoes. Other than that mistake I made-they fit perfect once I got the correct shoe size.

very comfortable and supportive
I buy 1-2 pairs of Mizuno Wave Inspires each year. This do not disappoint. Very comfortable and fit well.

Excelentes zapatos para correr
Compre estos para reemplazar el mismo modelo, después de varios años de uso. Son especiales para las personas que tienen pie pronador leve. Muy cómodos, pero la horma viene un poquito pequeña

Too tight to get on foot but feels good after finally getting there
I will keep shoes but need to be stretched out.

The only running shoe for me
I began long distance running 12 years ago and struggled with excruciating shin splints in the early years thanks to poor form, no strength or cross-training, and over pronation.I went to a running store and was fitted for Asics stability shoes and then for Brooks stability shoes, but the pain persisted. Finally I went out on a limb and ordered a pair of Mizuno Wave Inspire 9's based on little more than running blog reviews and a gut feeling. All those other stability shoes (back then) relied on a hard clunky block in the midsole of the shoe to stop the pronating motion, but Mizuno used this thinner, lighter weight plate technology that sparked my interest. I hated the feeling of running with bricks under my feet, and even if it was just psychological, Mizuno had me convinced running in their shoes felt lighter and easier.Fast forward to today, where I am purchasing the Wave Inspire 19's - yes, I've run in these shoes for 10 editions now. I can say with confidence, as a moderate pronator these are the only shoes I'll ever run long distances in.A year or two ago I got a curious itch to try something new again, so I took some On Cloud and Saucony's out for a few runs each. The On's are okay for walking or shorter miles and the Saucony's are just out of the question. I've paid for every single pair of running shoes with my own money, and I'm done spending money on running in anything but Mizuno at this point. The trick with Mizuno is to get the size right. The Mizunos are narrow, and run small. My "street" shoe size is a 5-5.5 on a good day, and in Mizunos I wear a 6.5. I also have a fairly narrow foot, but anything wider would need the wide width option. And, remember to replace your shoes every few hundred miles to avoid pain/injury. From October 2022 - April 2023 I trained for and ran four marathons and rotated through about 2 pairs of Inspire 18s and one pair of 19s in that time frame. If you're running lots of miles, it helps to have two pairs of the same shoe you can alternate every other run with, to give the foam time to bounce back between runs. I like to buy two pairs and mark the bottom soles of one pair with an X so I know which is which.

Much softer than Wave Inspire 14-16
Got these shoes today, hoping they'd still work for me given the re-design. I've worn Mizuno Wave Inspire 14-16 (I have 3 pairs of the 16s). Unfortunately within a few minutes of wearing them I could notice a big difference. They don't feel as supportive. Much squishier step in them and my left foot kept tipping to the outside. Made my plantar fascitis ache right away. Wore them for about half hour and know they won't work. I wear women's 9.5 Wide, and they were pretty similar to the previous models. Maybe slightly wider actually, but not by much. They're decent looking shoes, but unfortunately will be returning as they're not comfortable.

Too narrow
Bought these to replaçe my wave 17 but they were more natrow and hurt my feet, should have bought wide size.
