Super delicious and you can pair this with some other drink flavors if you need to not have to deal with the same taste over and over again. For example, I have small zero sugar cherry packets that I had to this to change the flavor up. Some people to sweet tea, etc. Wasn’t expensive and got here the next day so I can’t complain! In regards to the actual product, it definitely helps me get the energy I need for a good gym session.

Love love love second time getting this flavor and it packs a delicious punch when headed to the gym. No jitteriness, easy to use sizing and portion is great very effective as you could start the pre-workout fuzzies within five minutes of drinking it.

So workout wise it works fine. It's everything else that's awful!! Its pretty clumpy in the container. There's little pop rocks in the ring pop 1 so after shaking in my shaker the pressure POPS it open. The flavor is ... fizzy?? But not in a good way its very strange. Ntm u would think w all the fizz there wouldn't be any of it left at the bottom of the cup but ALWAYS I get a big sip at the end of the powder/pieces. The worst part for me n the main reason I am writing this is cuz two days n a row it gave me such a cramp in my side! I don't know why it did it, all ik is 2 days in a row I drank it before a class and rite before warm up I'd start cramping the second day it happened sooner I actually had to tap out of my workout class cuz it was so uncomfortable.!! It was so bad I couldn't tell if if was a gas pain or my appendix!! I'm talking a good 5/6 hrs it felt like this!! I don't know how it would do that but ik it wasn't a coincidence that I felt the same pain after taking it. I still have half a container left that I won't be using now . Turned out to be a total waste of money and more importantly n my case REALLY SCARY !!! NO jitters or anything like that.

Is there supposed to be a tamper proof seal on the outside of the lid? The seal under the lid was open and there was powder outside of the container, all over the inside of the mail pouch.

Flavor is really good. I don’t like stirring feel it doesn’t dissolve as well. Works really well I get a good sweat while working out
