Fit snugly on 1995 Chevy 350
After 25 years my original pre-heater hose loosened and one day when I looked was just gone. This hose was for the right size but I wasn't sure if it would fit on tightly or require a clamp to keep it in place, but it twisted onto the air filter housing snugly holding it in place without a clamp, and I could easily shape it to connect to the exhaust manifold cover. So far so good after one month.

Mine came in in the authentic SMP box with the correct part number on it. I opened it and the hose was pretty big so I measured it. 2 inches ID. 1/2 inch too big. Description says 1/2 inch. Not sure what happened.

Perfect fit on 1995 Chevy Silverado C1500 TBI 350 5.7L with stock air intake. Nice and shiny. As I was lengthening it and forming it to shape, as I needed to get around the spark plug wires and dip stick; I noticed that it feels like good material. It's nice and sturdy feeling.
