I ordered this after seeing a friend posting bird photos from a different, way more expensive bird Camera. I can’t begin to say how much FUN this camera feeder has been!! I had a slight connection issue & contacted customer service & they responded & remedied the situation immediately. I love it so much I got a second one & I can watch the hummingbirds on one & the other birds on the other! I initially mounted it on our fence but the squirrels became an issue, so moving it to a pole & different location has solved that. I also bring it it nightly (as we had a raccoon visitor). I personally didn’t have problems downloading the app & getting it linked. Someone not computer or smart phone savvy might need a little help. I’ve never been much interested in birds before now & I’m pretty obsessed! The action shots are so FUN!!

This product takes beautiful photos of my backyard birds. They come right to the seed in front of the camera and the camera snaps pictures of the birds. If I am in the app on my phone, I receive notifications that a bird is visiting the feeder, and identifies the type of bird. I can look at photos that were taken throughout the day as well as video. A timeline of the day shows hash marks of when I have had bird activity. Since having my birdfeeder, I have posted pictures on social media and my friends have also bought the feeder. Recently, I bought the solar panel battery extension so that I don't miss any action. I highly recommend this feeder. Customer support is very timely, but isn't needed, product is easy to use.

The media could not be loaded.  The camera quality is fantastic and the hummers love the feeder! The app is the only thing I have an issue with. I didn’t get any notifications the first couple of days because the included instructions were not very helpful. Thankfully customer service was very responsive and I got that figured out, now I get 30-50 notifications per day! The app works for the most part, but it just feels buggy and sluggish most of the time. For the price tag of the feeder I expected the app to be better, hopefully there will be an update in the future. I ordered the version with the solar panel, and my camera died after a few days despite it getting plenty of direct sun throughout the day. It took about 7 hours to charge inside via the included wall charger and cable, but it’s been 4 days now and my camera still reads 100% charged so I don’t know haha. The metal mount it came with is super flimsy, if you lightly touch the feeder it starts bouncing. Also both of the long screws got stripped immediately. Overall I’m pleased with my purchase though. My “Here comes the bird!” notifications always make my day a little brighter.

The feeder is a great idea and when it works it works great, but the app you use with it doesn't work very well. It rarely gets bird identification correct. It would disconnect on me frequently and I would have to keep reinstalling the app to get it to work right.It does have a very long battery life and the video is really good and this could be a 5 star product if only the app wasn't so frustrating to keep reinstalling.

The only complaint I have about this feeder is every time I bring it in to charge, I tells me I have to reset the app on my phone in order to get the live feed.

Easy to set up (make sure you use the right wifi password, ha!) and fun to watch the birds come to the feeder. It sends notification when birds arrive (like a text) and you can then watch them via a live feed. We originally set it up as a hummingbird feeder, but it was alittle early for them, so we then switched to regular bird food and soon the feeder was regularly being visited! It can also identify the bird (within a % of certainty) so you can know what birds are in the area visiting!I didn't get the solar option but will be looking to add it on. While the battery does last about 2 weeks on a charge, it does take quite some time (a few hours to a day) to recharge. So adding solar charging to the camera will allow non-stop bird watching!

I love the twenty-first century. When I was in seventh grade I built a bird house. More specifically, I built an OWL house. It was made from cedar, and was huge. Dad put it on a tree, and even though we sold that house years ago, recently I drove by and that owl house is still there. That was like forty years ago! That owl house was pretty sweet, but one thing it lacked: a freaking CAMERA! Man I wish we had a camera birdhouse back in '78.This isn't 1978. it is 2023, and I was able to get my wife a birdhouse with a camera on it! We have it set up as a hummingbird feeder, because my wife really digs hummingbirds. We are still working out the kinks, but we are looking forward to some sweet pics of hummingbirds!

I love this feeder! My mom loves birds and now she can sit inside and watch them up close instead of having to sneak up to them in order to see them and scaring them off! She does it all the time! Would recommend this feeder to anyone!!
