Great!
Works great! Not super noisy, but that is subjective. The unit is small but not too small to not be affective. I use this for my cat who has asthma. I put it up to the cat carrier and then cover the carrier with a towel. It gets the job done

Very quiet and easy to use!
When my motor went on my old Nebulizer on a Friday... Due to my bronchitis and asthma I needed one right away. I got this next day! Quite! Works great. (Had for over a month now and very pleased)

Solid choice for a Home Nebulizer
So, first things first -- this is a consumer-grade device; you may get a much more sophisticated (and more expensive) unit via your insurance, if you have a very strong need for one, but if you have an intermittent condition, buying this may be a much better choice than having to run to an ER or Urgent care for what my partner always called a 'peace pipe' treatment. As such things go, it's fairly inexpensive, and that makes sense -- it's a good design. Instead of trying to build a single unit with all aspects together (as some of the portable units do), this is made up of several independent pieces, sensibly designed to work together.- First, the compressor; it's not too big (a bit smaller than an old-school kids lunchbox), and has a removable air-filter (with some spare filters included), and a detachable power cord. It's small enough to go on a bedside table, or get stuffed into a backpack or something similar.- Then there is a flexible tube from the compressor to the bottle; it's got a standard plug, and seats snuggly on both ends.- Next, the medicine bottle. The compressor is doing the work, so this is primarily a repository for your medication (with measurement lines on it, for convenience) with a mechanism to allow you to adjust the flow (and, therefore, the rate of medicine you are breathing in) by simply twisting the inner unit. There are no settings on the compressor to fiddle with; it's giving a solid flow of air, and you adjust your flow by opening or closing the aperture on the medicine bottle.- Attached to the medicine bottle, you have several options for your breathing piece; a fairly standard spout (that you put between your lips), or it comes with Child and Adult sized masks that will cover your mouth and nose, and have an elastic strap to hold them in place. (If you use the mask, you will still want to hold the bottle, so that it's not pulling on the mask, despite being pretty light. It's about the only issue where I would like to the the design improved on.)It's small enough that you could travel with it, but it's not really meant as a travel unit. That said, for a consumer-grade home unit, it's great; fairly quiet, quite reliable, produces a good, even mist, and is easy to use and clean.

Easy to set up and use, good unit to have around
Easy to assemble, easy to use, adjustable mist options and clear instructions. This seems like a reliable tabletop unit to have on hand.

Ideal!
I started off with 5 stars for flavor, one of our review categories (at present) even though I have no idea what that means but because the rest of the product is a star! 5 of them!Quiet. It plugs into a regular wall socket, which is great! Not so for on-the-go, perhaps, but it is still better.Sturdy and well-made, of great quality.Has everything you need except water and whatever you may place in it.Indeed portable but would take up a teeny tab of space. Is as easy to use as it is easy to eat a wad of cotton candy. Oh, not a fan? Here's your hat, what's your hurry? How does it work? Well, I was standing to the right of the cotton candy stand at the state fair and just around the corner from the waffle cone booth. There was a lot of smoke! And people. Too many people give me a panic attack. A bad one. So, there I was with my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and my COPD and I just freaked! I wanted to buy cotton candy but thought it would clog my throat because I was panting and huffing and puffing so badly there at the fair... and that greasy smoke, well! Luckily, I had just come from as blind date with a person who simply talked too much and the travel on the bus always made me panic and breathe heavily, so I had brought my Nebulizer. Thank goodness!I asked the cotton candy man if I could use his outlet and he said I could. I took my large water bottle out, filled up my nebulizer, and plugged it in and was almost immediately met with relief! I was also met with shock when a woman with a bandanna and bun came running at me and screamed, "I wantsoooooome!" Yes, that's how she said it. She soon realized it was not whatever she thought it was and vanished. That was a sigh of relief! I think she was a carny. So, there I stood using my nebulizer, this one, and it just changed everything! I could breathe better, my lungs felt clearer, and I was in heaven, made more so by my 3-foot-tall cotton candy pole!Maybe you don't go on blind dates or to state fairs, so I will tell you how it was for home use. It was exactly the same! I had great difficulty breathing and was huffing and puffing, as usual, after...well... doing basically nothing. I plugged it in, put a couple of drops of water-miscible oils into the already-there water, and plugged it in. I had tested everything prior and it worked well. My breathing attacks last for a few minutes when I get them and using this quiet buddy I had relief in about 30 seconds of structured breathing.Absolutely nothing not to like! Totally recommended for anyone whether they need it or not!

All around good machine!
We do daily breathing treatments, so I ordered this as a back up to our “top of the line” machine we got through insurance. We’ve used it a couple times just to ensure it will work well for us and I like it. It’s a bit bulky compared to what we’ve been using, but overall it’s a good machine. Our current on is advertised as “fast” but I would say I didn’t know this took noticeably longer to deliver the treatments.
