Wilton Non-Stick Griddle and Bacon Pan, 15 x 20-Inch

I love the size of this pan. Can easily cook a pound of bacon on it. Cleans up easily. But, the surface scratches easily.Update 1.19.19 - Over time, the pan has gotten harder to clean but still fairly easy considering I cook bacon to almost burnt. But, it still remains the easiest (and fastest) way to cook 1-2 lbs of bacon in one shot.A note about the hot grease around the edges - I turn off the oven just before my bacon cooking is done. I remove the bacon from the pan while it is still in the oven using silicon tipped tongs (a must have). I leave the pan in the oven until it cools off enough (but before grease turns solid). Then removing and pouring off the grease is an easy task.For cleaning, while the pan is still warm, I use dawn platinum grease cutter liquid dish washing soap and a wet sponge to spread soap all over the surface. I let it sit about 10 minutes. That breaks up all the burnt onto the pan pieces and makes it a lot easier to clean.

I have only used this item maybe 5-6 times and HAND WASHED it every time because it is to big for dishwasher, so that is not even an issue. This pan's Non Stick coating is peeling!! Used it tonight for my Holiday prep and was in the process of hand washing it and EVEN MORE COATING HAS COME OFF!!!! Wilton is normally a brand name I trust.. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Probably going to have to throw it away. Return window expired. To expensive for just a handful of uses.....

Before I go into my review, this was able to fit one pound of extra-long bacon and another batch one pound of regular length bacon. So yes it is quite big to fit 1 pound of bacon slices laying flatExtra-long bacon you put it lengthwise, regular length bacon you put some across and some lengthwise. If some hang down into the grease well they will shrink when cooking.This unit is heavy but that is for even cooking. The best way to cook it is pre-heat your oven to 400 F and cook 10 to 15 minutes depending on the amount of fat and the thickness of your bacon.I cooked a 1 lb pack of very fatty bacon and it did not fill up the grease well that much but you still need to use caution! Take a few pieces off with tongs first then gently take it out of your oven and put it on a flat surface.It cooked my bacon perfectly, no burned up bacon or splatters and was evenly cooked.it is too big for my sink so I had to wash it in the bathtub but no more taking one hour just to cook one pound of bacon on the stove so it is worth it cleaning it in the tub, another benefit for doing it that way with the tub is you don't bang the pan into anything and damaged the scratch coating.

The oven is the best way to cook bacon and this is the pan that I like best. The drain around the edge works great and the bacon gets nice and crispy. Clean is pretty easy too.Update - changed this to 4 stars because as I've used it, it has gotten harder to clean.

This pan does a great job baking bacon. It is massive, so it doesn't fit in the sink or dishwasher. I always wait for it to cool, fill it with water and soap and barkeepers friend. I've had it only a couple of months and I'm going to have to toss it. I can't clean it.

Works perfect for baking bacon and sausage. Bacon is crispy, but not dry, and sausage gets a caramelized finish on the bottom which gives it a crispy and soft finish (which my husband prefers). You could probably flip half way through to prevent the harder side. The grease goes to the edge vs having the meat cook in a bath of oil. We can easily fit a pound of bacon on the sheet, whereas it would take us two normal cooking sheets to get the same package cooked. Very pleased.

This pan is HUGE! It fits in our regular sized oven but I had a hard time figuring out where to store it, make sure you check the dimensions before ordering! Other than that, it’s PERFECT. All the grease drains to the outer edges of the pan while the bacon cooks to your liking. After dumping the grease, it is easy to clean, but make sure to use a soft sponge because it is a non-stick pan. This pan fits one pack of bacon easily. I love that I don’t have to worry about grease popping all over myself or my oven!

The pan is really big. It just fits in the baking drawer below the oven for storage, and little clearance on the sides when I put it on the baking rack inside the oven. Depending on the thickness of the bacon, it fits a whole pound so you can bake it all at once. The fat drains into the perimeter and that is easy to pour into my grease jar. Because it's so large it makes it difficult to wash in my single basin undermount sink and after 2 uses, some of the baked on material is hard to scrub off. So far the baked bacon has turned out well and we prefer this mess to grease splatters from stove top pan fried bacon. When you consider purchasing this keep in mind the size of your sink.

Breakfast bacon is a breeze! Easy to use and clean. The drip off works well without over flowing. Fits a whole pack. We make the whole pack so some for brekkie and some for club sandwiches or Cesar salad. Can't wait to try for other items- porkchop, chicken etc.

The grill looked great but the size is 21x15 and wouldn't fit my oven. Too bad because it seemed to be a nice grill.

Non stick my ass. Incredibly hard to clean. Although a good size, this is easily the hardest pan to clean that we own. Thinking of throwing it away instead of tolerating any longer.

Amazing pan! Now I actually enjoy making bacon in the oven without all the mess! This pan is large enough for an entire package of bacon.
