These are not a smooth finish. The seam where they are glued is slightly off on all of them. And rough. I would not think these could be used for material. But for crafting a decoration they are fine.

I bought these because I'm an avid crafter and these look super fancy for displaying finished embroidery. I was right! It's a super snug fit and you're gonna need strong hands but the embroidery fabric will fit! Not cross stitch fabric though. It needs to be thin and smooth. The finished look will be worth it! I'm going to start my project asap so I don't have to rush so much in December to get everything done haha.

I actually broke one of them trying to get it back on after putting my project in. 🤦🏻‍♀️ It took 3 people to get it on without breaking. It works great once you get them on but they're so dang hard.

We got these to display embroidery and they look amazing but they are hard to actually use. Overall it looks nice but it's pretty to get the embroidery into.

Value. The edges of the circle is curved and smooth. This will be kinder to fabric. Very pleased with purchase.

One of the hooks is missing from the set. Pretty disappointed.
