great little tank THAT IS MADE OF GLASS
Tank works perfect for a micro environment for the couple neons and shrimp on my kids desk. Regardless of what some have said, IT IS MADE OF GLASS. Just keep in mind it is only 2 gallons so very limited on what size fish or qty of fish/inverts you can put in it to reach capacity for volume! The light works great for live plants and is the right spectrum & intensity. My only complaint is you cant just buy a replacement light when this LED pack is worn out for live plants.

Fish & Frog KILLER
The tank aesthetically is nice and the size was perfect for my 7yr old (Birthday Gift) we went out to PetSmart brought pre condition water and 2fishes 1frog. The person there said 3 was max for the size of the tank but babyyyyyy within 3hrs of fish being put in one was literally floating and by the next morning the other one had passed. I even lied to my son and said they were hiding when he inquired the next morning while trying to feed them. The frog wasn’t eating and by late night day 2 it also was belly up. I observed that the fish kept getting pulled into the current of the waterfall/filter and once there it was pushed down forcefully, they were always swimming violently as if trying to escape but after the 1 fish died the other and frog found solas in hiding on top of the filter but would never come out to eat and I tried getting them away but they kept going back and staying. I googled different things and was instructed to turn the spout towards the wall of the tank but it didn’t work I even tried wrapping it in the filter pieces provided to lessen the force and reduce the kinetic energy but it just didn’t work and my pets were very stressed the entire time. Planning to return and go into a pet store to get a tank. I should have trusted the reviews on this one but I hate going on others experience but unfortunately my fish/frog payed the consequences of my trial and error.

Good quality, great first fish tank
Size: It’s nicely built and small in size, for one to two fish at most (smaller fish, like a betta, goldfish, and or few guppies/tetras fish).(I own the stuff in the tank)Filtration: The filter isn’t the best, but it gets the job done. In the back when the water comes out from the top, it creates an underwater waterfall that pushes the fish down, but my fish got used to it so it doesn’t bother me to much.Lights: I noticed that the lights are tiny square bulbs (millimeter or so). I haven’t needed to change them yet but they look like they might need changed after awhile.Noise: quiet like it says. Some of the reviews I skimmed over said stuff about their pets dying. If you’re new to fish and sea creatures, please do research before. A lot a fish need way more than a measly 2 gallon and some creatures don’t go together. Like betta’s and goldfish, or two betta’s in one tank.I really hope you find this insightful and useful.

Cute little tank, good value
I like that this item is glass, I like that you cannot hear the filter at all, the light is bright and it was easy to assemble and set up. I have it on my desk at work and it is a great addition, bringing light and life to my day. I have unplugged the filter system at night (at least at first) because my fish seemed to struggle a bit with the "current" that the waterfall creates. Good news is, she is adjusting (it appears) and learning to maneuver or hide from the water movement. The filter in NO WAY sucks her in though like I have read in other tanks. There is a protective filter over the intake and it seems to do the trick. I highly recommend this tank. Glass clarity is fantastic, rounded corners make the view seamless.

Pump is crap
Great tank, looks good. Pump broke after a month and no replacement pump of that type available as far as I can see 👎

This thing is awful. 0/10
This thing has been nothing but a headache since I got it. Or them, I should say, since I got the first one all set up and the pump died within 3 or 4 hours. I got a replacement, got that all set up, and THAT pump died within a week or so, right along with two of my algae eaters that couldn't seem to keep up with the amount of algae the ridiculously bright light produces. Could definitely tone it down a bit. Because the top is completely attached to the tank, I can't even put a different pump in it, so I am ultimately going to have to, yet again, buy another tank.
