Open the box and rotate the rabbit on the top slightly to the right so you can open the lid.3. Put toys into the box and rotate the rabbit back to lock the top.4. Connect the included USB-C cord from the doll maker to the USB charger.5. Turn on the switch on the back.You are ready to go. Just press the big button in the center and begin. I included a video to give you a feel for how it works.This is a really cute toy. I wish I had access to it when I was a little kid. Now I'm much older and have it for several grandkids when they come to visit their grandma and grandpa. The ages of the grandkids run from 2 to 12 but I suspect we will be working with the younger ones from about 3 to preteen. Older kids might be interested in playing with it depending on what was added, such as candy. Some of the photos show the types of toys that are included which would probably top off at age six or seven. But we can add things for other age groups.The big button in the middle between the two crane movement arms turns the machine on so it lights up. The two buttons over the center button are for sound. The button on the left changes the music which repeats after about 10 seconds. The button on the right silences the sound. Two controls operate the crane. You can use the rolling knob on the left to move the crane arm left and right. You can do that even though the power button is turned off. The lever on the right controls the crane moving up and down which also controls the opening of the crane jaws. Once you have your prize you then use the rolling knob to bring the crane to the extreme left and use the lever to drop the prize into the hole. As the toy falls into the pickup slot the doll machine makes a cheering happy noise.There are two quirks with the machine with respect to the sound and the light button. The center light button only lights up about 75% of that button causing it to be unlit from the 3 to the 6'oclock position. The second quirk is in the sound buttons. You may need to press the silence button several times if you are altering between changing the music and then trying to silence it. I believe these quirks are in the machine's design as I had to return and exchange the first one as the crane jaws would not open to get the prize. Both machines exhibited the same quirk with the button light and the sound.The return and exchange went quite well, and the replacement was received in two days. It works fine and should keep the grandkids entertained. You'll probably have to supervise the younger children who may not have the hand and eye motor skills to operate it by themselves.

I bought this for my 8 year old and she loved it! Super easy to operate, she didn't need my help. Definitely good quality and it's adorable!

The media could not be loaded. So I bought this for my daughters birthday, and it was purchased about a month ago but just gave to her last night for b-day and it's already broke today. Very disappointed and return window has closed I would not buy this item better off spending a little more to get a better made product.

Item works fine it just takes a little a bit of patience to maneuver the crane and do not put lot of the items in the cage

The first claw machine that we ordered came without extra packaging and was damaged upon arrival. Fortunately, we were able to get a replacement sent two days later which came packaged well. This toy has kept me daughter entertained for hours. She loves that she gets to choose what toys to place into the claw machine and then try to get them out. She really enjoys it. The price is a little high, but hopefully she has more hours of fun with it.

This machine was bought for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter age 5. The first one the crane didn’t work so sent it back and exchanged for the same one. The top breaks very easy and you can’t have too many of the toys inside or it won’t work correctly. Seems to be a toy that the adult has to mess with to get it to work correctly.

My niece loved playing with this. She stated how she really like the music and the little toys it came with.
