Great massage balls for working out muscle knots. I got these primarily to to work on my feet after running and for this they are superb. The balls are a good size (similar to a tangerine) and are very firm but do have a small amount of give in them. They are made from a rubbery material so are gripped well by either bare feet or with socks on. The bag is well made and works well to hold the balls together for neck work or simply for storage. I have tried them on my legs and find them similar to a foam roller and less intense than a massage gun.Inside the box there is a card directing you to a website for a users guide for the massage balls which did not work for me but searching for plyopic massage ball user guide did bring up the correct page.For £13 these are competitively priced and I would recommend.

These two massage balls are really nice, good size and firmness. Like a dogs ball.They are made from silicone so when you're using against a wall they stay put a little better than if you try with a tennis ball.The bag they come in is ideal to get the ball into position and if you use both in there it can give a different massage, great for middle of the back.I've been using a foam roller on my calf muscles after physio sessions but these are a lot less hassle and I can carry them with me a lot easier.The bag is soft and good material too.You also get a little card in the box which gives you access to a website with a user/massage guide on it which is great.Overall a great set and really gets into the knots for self massage.

Ho ordinato queste palline da massaggio perché mi servono regolarmente pre- e post-workout soprattutto per il massaggio dei piedi, fondamentale ogniqualvolta mi trovi ad allenare la parte bassa, fare pesi, oppure post corsa. Si possono però ovviamente usare per tutto il corpo, cosa che faccio almeno 1-2 volte al mese (polpacci, tibie, braccia etc.).Le palline sono di buona qualità, ce ne sono due e viene incluso anche un sacchettino, che serve non soltanto a conservarle ma anche ad usarle congiuntamente (ad esempio per i massaggi sul collo).Come consistenza si tratta di plastica "dura", come è giusto che sia per l'utilizzo che se ne fa. Per fare un esempio, si può dire che siano come le palline che usano i cani per giocare. Se siete abituati o abituate a usare una pallina da tennis, queste sono più dure.In definitiva mi sembrano ottime, e oltretutto trovo che il prezzo sia molto buono. 👌Spero che questa recensione vi sia stata utile! 🙏
