Very comfy. I have used the bliss cool touch pillow in the past which was great. This pillow is very good. Deep enough to support the neck and doesn’t hurt the shoulders. It’s also very cool on the head. Very pleased with it so far

I’m a side sleeper so was keen to try this pillow out as it claims it is designed for those that sleep on their side. When it arrived I thought it looked quite firm/hard so wasn’t sure if I’d like it, however, upon trying it I was pleased to find it very comfortable!As this pillow is made from memory foam it naturally adjusts to the shape of your head and neck as you sleep. This helps ensure your spine is aligned as you sleep. I suffer from chronic back pain so I’m hoping this pillow will be really good for me.The pillow does fit inside my pillowcase but I don’t think it needs to be in one as it does come with a removable case that can be washed.As it is much heavier than a normal pillow it tends to stay in one place on the bed and doesn’t move around or slip off like standard pillows can do.This pillow is also designed for those who love the cold side of the pillow, I must admit I’ve not needed to turn this pillow over at all and I’m always doing that with my old pillows.I believe there are different types of this pillow that you can choose between, so if you are a back sleeper you’ll want to select a different type.The current price of £35 is very expensive but will be worth the cost if it helps give you a good night's sleep and is certainly worth trying if you have neck and back pain. It is hypoallergenic too!
