I ended up just buying a new wheel
05 WRX wheel. The top was splitting and I was tired of it. Unfortunately this wrap just doesnt fit on it. The threads started to come out before I was able to fully stretch it around the wheel.Also, just take the wheel off. It's not hard and its way easier to work on
