I would like to start out by saying I am 5'9" - 280LB. I have a "spare tire" stomach and somewhat muscular / broad chest. I typically wear a 2x / 3x depending on garment. If you have a build similar to mine, I would size down TWO TIMES if you want compression.I bought XL- I am debating returning and going to an L. These are ... snug. And comfy... But they lack "compression". More so it just wants to flex to fit, which is comfortable but I do not feel much compression after I have these tops on. If you want comfy and snug. Go 1 size down or your actual size. If you want to have some compression to help with your physical looks / support in the core area, id size down by 2.Otherwise quite good so far. Will have to seee how they hold up in the wash.

Bought these for my fiancé since he needed new gym shirts and he loves them! Very good quality for the price and does great at compressing. True to size. If you’re looking for a more affordable option compared to underamor we definitely recommend these :)

This is the perfect fit and ultra comfortable all throughout the day. It never bunched up and almost made me for forget I had it on at all. Would definitely buy again...

My bf is 5'9 150lbs and the medium fits like a glove, if you want a looser look then get L or XL. The M is good and compressed with some slight wiggle room. He loves that it's sweat proof and really good quality. It's not see through at all and easy to wash/dry. They are also super soft and flexible to move around in and the colors stay vibrant. It makes his muscles POP! Get it!

It’s a nice shirt form fitting, over all really nice. It’s definitely not as advertised tho, my gut went from a dad bod gut to a whole ass beer gut. Like it hurt to see. I was expecting some squeeze to help me feel a little better and instead got to see the full thing in full form fit and got hella upset. Bright side I now know to hit the gym as soon as I can start working out and don’t have to worry about medical injury again. Until then I’m just a guy with a shirt that looks like I have a beer problem.

Im a lineman and these are so comfortable under the pads. They are thicker and it does get a little hot. It is tight on the body but ut make a great aperance so you dont have shirt sleeves out your pads or tape holding the sleeves up.
