Great tasting black tea
I have been taking black tea as my everyday ritual so I keep foraging in new flavors. This tea comes in a nicely packaged tin jar, which makes it ideal for gifting purposes as well. I like the subtle flavors I get from the loose tea leaves.I simply add a spoonful to the boiling water, simmer it for a few minutes, and my tea ritual gets filled with a nice aroma and a great flavor.Since it had these unique flavors, I don't use it every day- I use it as a delicacy or for times when I wanna treat myself better! (:Hope this helps!

Not Like Restaurant Thai Tea
While I appreciate that this is organic tea, this is not like the Thai tea that one gets in Thai restaurants. Restaurant Thai tea has a rich, smokey flavor to it. This is English Breakfast tea with some added vanilla and caramel flavorings.

Lightly flavored organic tea; a nice treat
This fancy tea came in a sealed foil bag inside a nice tin with a tight fitting lid. It was further wrapped in corrugated board, which allowed it to get to me without any damage. The tea was quite different than I'm used to seeing with loose leaf teas, in that it had fairly large leaves rather then ground up bits that I usually see. This made it harder to measure without breaking it up, but it made me more confident about the freshness. I have a small scale, so I used the scale to measure 2.5 grams of leaves and a tea infuser to soak them in a cup of hot water. After a 5-minute steep, I enjoyed the tea.The color of the tea was quite faint, very different than other black teas I've had but consistent with the product pictures. It was a light honey color, and speaking of honey, that's exactly the aroma I got from it (as noted in the description). The tea was full-bodied and light in flavor, a nondescript floral. I had expected a black tea more like what I'm accustomed to, but this ended up being a nice treat. I really enjoyed it.With 11 cups of tea per tin (1 ounce is about 28 grams, so at 2.5 grams per serving you get 11.3 servings per tin), this is not an inexpensive tea, so I see it as more of a treat than a daily drinker (unfortunately!). It's a really nice tea if it's in your budget. It would make a nice gift for a tea lover, too, given the quality of both the tea and the tin it comes in.Recommended.

Nice sipping tea
This tea has a nice subtle flavor. It's definitely more of a sipping tea than a morning tea. I found it very soothing. I could taste some subtle sweetness along with the floral notes, but for me, the top note was definitely artichoke for some reason. I'm really into it

GREAT Tea - Works as a Coffee Substitute for the morning!
This loose leaf tea has a great flavor blend and works well in a multitude of scenarios for brewing. I've used not only a brewing kettle, but also reusable brew bags. The tea arrived and was fresh upon opening with a really pleasant scent. The tea brews very well in the different formats and has a really nice flavor that is not overwhelming. It's got a nice caffeine kick to it as well (which obviously goes up a notch or two if you brew it longer). There are definitely hints of vanilla and caramel in this, but it leans more heavily on the vanilla flavor.I've been using it as a replacement or alternative for coffee in the morning (for a change of pace) and it is fantastic. Tastes even better with just a splash of cream.

Nothing Special, Very Mild For A Black Tea
I like black teas, I usually drink them at dinner and they usually have a certain intensity to them, but not this one, it's really bland in comparison. I do like the tin that it comes in, it adds a certain elegance to the tea.As far as the taste, it's light in color and has a very mild, smooth delicate floral flavor, with a slightly sweet aftertaste. It says to use a teaspoon of tea and steep for 5 minutes, which I did, and I also tried it at 7 minutes and didn't notice any difference, still tasted the same mild way.Overall it's a good tea, it does well on its own if you want a cup to sit back and relax, and its also good with a meal as well.

A special treat - exactly as advertised - silky, amber, honey, sweet, fruity, whole leaf
A real treat. Expensive, elegant presentation in storage tin, and beautiful product.I prepared a cup as per Araksa instructions - 1 cup water, 2.5 grams leaves, 4-5 minute steep at 176 degrees. Unlike the bitter black teas I am accustomed to, very mild, sweet, and pleasant. Definitively smell and taste the honey and floral tones. And as they advertise silky and amber. In my opinion, a very classy and enjoyable tea - at $2 buck a cup - a special cup of tea!.The tin I received was packaged 6/23/22 with an expiration date of 6/23/25? Actually the label reads MFD 230622 EXP 230625. Regardless, I will make a point to enjoy this within the next month.

Disappointing!
Tea was a beautiful color, but no flavor whatsoever. It felt like I was just drinking a warm cup of water.
