So happy with this! I bought them ages ago and fell into despair everytime I looked at those raggedy door edges, not believing the strips would actually work. So today was the day I tried them, they look so close to the wood, and easy to use!

Good product

I thought I was receiving as stated real wood when it is in fact compressed wood pulp with an oak pattern printed on which came off when sanded. I think this is a good product for modern interiors who seek a sleek finish but for my purpose it doens't work. Otherwise fast delivery but in a light plastic envelope which doenst really protect from the brutalities of the postal service.

There are some great tips from other posts on here. I used a Stanley knife and then sanded the trim.I was worried when it was delivered because it was very light, after contacting the supplier they reccomended damping the end of the trim with water to show how dark it goes after staining. This was great advice because it was a perfect match for my door.I dont know if it was my iron but in some places I had to go over again because of the glue hadn't stuck. But a couple of passes and it stuck fast.I would use this again.
