They come in a small easy to carry around bottle and they are also easy to swallow. I have been taking them for a month now and I am starting to feel the benefits from them.

Comes in a several months supply which is good on the wallet. I’ll have to wait and see about any changes, but so far so good.

I’m not sure these are for me. I’ve almost taken them all now twice a day but don’t actually feel any affect.

Excellent find. I had vertigo really bad for a year! I saw the consultant and he recommended a supplement with Ashwaganda and since I found these supplements I haven’t had a vertigo attack since! I know my vertigo was menopause related, so these supplements have banished the vertigo and upped my energy levels too! It’s a win win situation!
