Q: Do these work with rear flip?

THEY SHOULD WORK DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH ANGLE YOU NEED THESE WILL GIVE +OR- 2.5 DEGREES

Q: Will this help with a vibration on deceleration from a 2.5 leveling kit?

It didn't help mine , turns out I had a bearing bad in my diff. Ford replaced the ring and pinion and driveshaft , didn't help , that is when I tried the leveling kit , I wanted to level the truck anyway ,when that didn't help Ford didn't want to solve the problem because I had leveled the truck , it was under warranty. I removed the leveling kit went back to the dealer they said they replaced a carrier bearing and it's ok now.

Q: to set the rear pinion angle higher, set the thick side back or front? Thank you.

If leaf spring is on top of axle fat part towards rear.if rearend is on top of leaf springs then fat part towards front of velical.hope that helps.
