JAY-BE Supreme Folding Bed with Pocket Sprung Mattress, Single | Auto-Folding Legs

Needed a temporary bed solution for a home office/small bedroom to use occasionally. We ended up buying the small double bed to give us capacity to have more guests in limited space. The bed arrives almost complete in its box (we just needed to attach wheels and the headboard. These were (for me) straightforward jobs and the tools I needed were in the bed’s packaging. The legs come down automatically as you open the bed, so it was easy to put up and fold away. The mattress is a bit thin and soft so might not be a long term sleeping solution but our overnight guests (adult and a young child) said it was comfortable and they slept well. Long term, I think we might invest in a mattress topper for added support/comfort. I wouldn’t use this as a permanent bed but it’s ideal as a temporary guest bed and is exactly what we were looking for.

I own this and the Revolution bed with the e-Fibre mattress. This is better than the Revolution in two ways. 1. You open it up and the mattress is ready to sleep on, whereas it's stored 'underneath' the Revolution - meaning you have to pull is out to lay it on top, which is a pain. 2. The mattress is better. The e-Fibre mattress is comfortable initially, but goes flat with prolonged use. It feels like it's stuffed with staw to be honest. This one is more substantial and hopefully last longer. I also bought the mattress and bed covers for this one, which are great for hygene. It doesn't squeak/creak like old sprung beds. No quality problems with either bed, in fact I had excess bits left over! Remember to swivel wheels outwards when storing for stability, especially on carpet. Good value and comfortable bed.

I’ve had this bed for several years now. I use it for my grandson when he comes to stay, he’s 7 now, but I’ve slept in it when we have visitors and it’s very comfortable

The bed is easy to assemble. It’s a decent compromise for a guest bed that is substantial enough to sleep on for several nights, yet still folds in half. I want to store it under an existing bed but it’s still quite bulky when laying flat, so I've had to raise the other bed to store it there. I ordered the most expensive version of this bed (i.e. with the most expensive mattress) so I was quite disappointed to find it doesn't look much like the mattress in the promotional photos / videos. You can see from the seller's photos that the mattress appears to be much thicker; they show the top of the mattress to be substantially above the level of the horizontal bar at the foot of the bed, which creates the expectations that it is thick. The suggestion is also that, to prepare the bed, you just lower the two sides. In point of fact, you also have to raise the middle section (with the wheels). This is left out of the video, but it's not a deal-breaker. One last point - as others have noted - is that the bed does not lay flat by itself. When you are not lying on it, the foot or head end of the bed lifts off the ground so the whole thing rocks about.

Very bad seller. Excellent quality. I bought the bed for my daughter visiting me for a few days and i am so happy that she likes it very much. She says the mattress is very very comfy. I ordered a storage cover and they delivered a mattress cover instead and now they are claiming that they have delivered the item. No response to the request submitted. I am so dissapointed.

Ich habe das Bett bekommen und aufgebaut, es ist als Gästebett gedacht. Durch das Tragnetz darunter ergibt sich einfach keine Stabilität, man liegt wie in einer Hängematte und die Matratze sinkt in der Mitte ein. Für ein Kinde bis 12 mit max. 45 Kg wahrscheinlich ausreichend, für einen Erwachsenen völlig unzumutbar. Den Preis für knapp 400 Euro gibt weder das Material noch die Verarbeitung her. Der Preis darf hierfür nicht über 150 Euro liegen.
