I used this to replace the disintegrated foam on the inside of my Land Rover Discovery engine cover.I made a paper template of what I needed & cut the foam to this, peeling of the paper a bit at a time & using a small hard wallpaper roller to press it down, completed it & result was really quite good. Put it back on car & everything seems ok so far.

Very easy to use
Having a bmw 125d cabin noise is unreal sounds like a tractor coming from a petrol car, I brought this to give it ago, I pulled the bottom of dashboard off pulled back the carpet and placed it all around at back of the engine wall behind dash, sounds a lot quieter now and really happy I gave it ago
