Best Frother
I have gone through many frothers over the years. They tend to do an okay job and to not last vey long. This frother is the best one I have ever used. The foam is consistently thick and exactly as hot as it should be. After more than a year, it works just as well as it did on day one.Cleaning it is easy even after the milk has cooled inside with just warm water and a quick wipe.Multiple cycles produce the same quality foam every time.Best frother ever! Highly recommended!

LOVE IT!
I LOVE hot chocolate but hated having to heat my milk up in the microwave and get that nasty film on it and then it not coming off... seriously that could be used as glue!! When this came I was just so excited to use it. I am so happy with it!! I love it!! I use it everyday!! I love that the frother/mixer is magnetic so it's easy to clean! I usually just put some nice hot water in and run a hot chocolate mode to clean it if I don't have a load in the dishwasher. But seriously, this thing is amazing!!!!!!

Excellent frother but sadly the engine overheats after each drink.
At first I was excited about the quality of dense foam it makes, but then I noticed that the engine (bottom part) overheats after each drink it makes. It feels super hot to the touch, and I fear that it might be a safety hazard and also predicts a shorter life span for the product. It's a real pity because otherwise it makes excellent foam and hot drinks.

Ease of Use
This product is easy to use and produces the the various types of mixer results as advertised quickly and quietly.

Too slow and broke after one week
The motor is not fast enough to froth milk and it began to fail after a week.

Super cute and super functional
I love that this one is dishwasher safe, so it's even easier to clean. The number of available steaming options is also a great feature as I can now choose how much froth I want in my coffee. It's retro design fits right in at my home coffee station and looks absolutely adorable.

Working well
The challenge is trying to wash it and keep water from getting into the bottom and the switch area. It does work well and makes the milk the way I like it.
