Boxing Bag Body Guide Strike Target and MMA Guides, 2 Pc. Set, Peel-and-Stick Adhesive Striking and Kicking Trainers for Beginners, Improves Punch, Kick, and Strike Accuracy

I bought these for my kids for Christmas and they love using them on the punching bag.

We love the idea behind this but finding the right filler to please our son has been difficult. We don't want it too soft nor too heavy. But i do like that we get to decide how hard to make it.

I love boxing and am getting our 12 YO into it, and the targets are awesome for helping him learn aim, correct positioning, etc. Despite following the instructions exactly, after a couple of light hits an edge started to peel up. If it had just a little bit better adhesive on it, I’d go a full 5 stars, because this has been an excellent training tool that was also child friendly, so he will choose to do some boxing over playing a video game. Despite the adhesive issue, I’ll buy a replacement kangaroo target set again once this one gets too messed up to be used effectively.

It’s not the best print quality I’ve seen, to be honest. It has lines running across the printed image like the headers need to be cleaned. This is on both images. When I went to peel it off the backer, the sticker just peeled up more of the backer instead of separating like it should…which means the cutter cut too deep around the sticker. I mean, it’s produced to be punched and abused, so if that’s all you’re considering, I guess it’s fine. But I used to be a printer, and I would never let something like this go to a customer. That’s just me though. I’m sure it’s fine for most people though.

I really enjoyed the Boxing Body Guide.I found the peel-and-stick adhesive targets to be a fun and effective way to train and improve my punch, kick, and strike accuracy. I liked the convenience of being able to stick the targets anywhere and easily remove them when I want to change the layout or training location. The set comes with two targets, which is great for having more training options.

I learned my lesson of the year that you should always read the full details of what you're going to get I thought I was going to be getting a boxing kit but instead I just got stickers to put on your own boxing to help you with striking. I think the product is good and I can see the purpose of using it and it would be good for kids to learn how to box properly or use it as a kickboxing mechanism.

My mistake with not realizing this was just the stickers, but this is also poor advertising to show all the pictures of the boxing bag, especially as the main (first) photo when it doesn’t actually come with a boxing bag. Price is also unreasonable for just being 2 stickers (though obviously too cheap for a full bag but I didn’t check the price prior to ordering). Just be aware it’s just 2 stickers you’re paying for.

The image is ok, but its nice that you can move it around if you need to.
