I have been trying these recipes out since I got my freeze dryer a year and a half ago and watching John on YouTube. So glad he has written a cookbook for his goodies. He has a lot of yummy treats! Can’t wait for his Savory cookbook to come out.

I purchased this book and have been pleased with it. It is a companion to his videos, I have watched his videos and now have the book to reference from when my memory fails me. I am looking forward to the next meal book he is working on.

This is the number 1 recipe book for freeze drying snacks. The recipes have color photos, easy to follow directions, fun and are delicious!

I really enjoy John in Bibs Utube videos. BUT his book is not at all what I expected. The videos are great not this book.

Unlike some other YT freeze drying experts that have put books out, this is at least a reasonable price for what you get. I wish he'd do a book of more than just snacks. I feel like with this author, everything isn't just one big commercial. He seems like he really wants to help people up their freeze drying game.

Having made snacks for a while, there were some nice variations. I watch John in Bibs on YT and I’m hoping he’ll do another with some of his other freeze dried adventures!
