Not for the faint hearted
Where to begin. The ferocious yeast-like smell of this product alone is enough to initiate even the strongest of gag reflexes. I though I had conquered the depths of vegan protein blends after my encounter with pea protein...but I thought wrong. Drinking a concoction containing this powder is almost impossible without holding one's nose. In fact, I would go as far to say that anyone who could drink a full shake is likely a psychopath. Attempting to mask the taste of the product by adding other ingredients is like trying to inflate a tire with a hole in it. You can keep trying but it will never work. If you have low willpower or sensitive taste buds I would stay well clear. However, if you have bought any unflavoured protein powder expecting a great taste, it is either your first time or your short term memory is severely lacking. This product is for serious bodybuilders who can mask their muscle soreness with the scent of this beast or train their gag reflex with 3 sets of 12 reps.

Tastes OK!
Surprusingly this was acutaually pretty tasty. I was expecting that awful chalky taste aftef having only had pulsin rice protein in the past but I was pleasantly surprised, its much better. It mixed well and quickly due to the fine texture. I use the promixx shaker (which is very btw) and have it on cereal. Unflavoured works well for me as I have a very sensitive stomach and gut and processed rice protein is processed enough on it's own! End of the day it's vegan protein powder without sugar or artifical sweetener, not sure what people expect. Obviously you can tart it up with whatever sweetness or savory stuff you like; bana, berries, coconut.milk , nut butters, spinach or add to protein balls, soupd whatever. 500g will last me a while at 5.99. I don't consume it everyday. Also comes with a scoop, which is always useful as I have no idea what. I do with mine.

Computer says no
I bought this to as a test to replace whey protein powder which is around 2x the price at the moment. Relatively low price is the best thing about this, but the rest leaves a bad taste (pun intended). Sadly, I have not found a way to make it work yet. Unflavoured whey goes with everything and has a natural taste that resembles ice-cream, at least to me. This one however borders on unpalatable. I've tried mixing it with kefir as well as oat milk. Oat milk kind of works, but you have to be super diligent and make sure there are no clumps of powder, the taste is not nice at all and the reviewers describing it as earthy and nutty are being too generous IMHO. It's closer to chalky with a hint of bitterness. If you treat your fitness with masochistic determination you might enjoy grimly chewing through the powdered remains of periodic table while self-flagellating with an elastic band, who knows. Might work for adding to yoghurt or maybe pancakes, but not my cup of tea, baby.

Couldn’t stomach it
It just tastes absolutely terrible. Nothing can mask it, and it’s not neutral either. It’s like sawdust.

Unflavoured is good
Good quality rice vegan protein. It's a big advantage of no flavour because wa can add any flavour that we want in the moment when we want it. When bought with a flavour it makes you obliged to eat same flavour until the end if the package. With this unflavoured powder you are free to enjoy your own taste. We bought it twice in the past 6 months and the texture of it is mixing well in the shaker with water or other liquid. Looking forward to buying again. The bigger package seems to be of better value for money.

Watery. Powdery
Bought this to try and save some money on protein shake powders. May be OK mixed into cooked items (I've not tried) yet in a shake, it is very plain and leaves a chalk like feel and taste in the mouth. I would not suggest this in shakes; I'll endeavour to find a use - do not like to be defeated!

Mixes easily.
Not the best taste, but great for adding protein to soup, stew or a veg smoothy.

Ottimo prodotto prezzo basso
