This is a very sturdy, little roller made of metal so it stays cooler to the touch when rolling. I bet it would feel even better if chilled in the fridge to use on puffy eyes. It is well made and has some weight to it instead of being some plastic junk. It felt nice to use with my eye cream and made it by absorb quickly. I was hesitant as first because I thought it was a smidge too pricey but I don’t regret it now!

I'm not sure if this really works to get rid of my bags, but I sure do love the routine of using it! It feels nice and cool. I don't even have to put it in the refrigerator as others have said. I do about 30 swipes on each eye, 10 at at time and it's still very cool at the end.

I love using these twice per day with eye serums right out of my mini fridge. The cooling sensation helps with depuffing my eyes in the morning. They provide me a great pick me up to start my day while being a staple in my everyday routine.

This thing is awesome. It is so relaxing to roll under the eyes and all over my face as I'm doing my new skincare routine. It's even better when you pop it in the fridge to cool! Best 10 bucks I've spent in awhile!

Edited: I must change my initial review. I was using it all wrong. You must place the SIDE of the rotating ball under eye, not the top of the ball. Place on its side & maneuver back & forth. It works beautifully.I feel pretty dim-witted….but hey, I came back to correct my stupidity 🤣Under eyes are delicate & this thing?It drags on the skin. It does not swivel in every direction. The ball stays still while trying to move left to right/right to left. The ball stays still while trying to move up & down. Small circular movements, ball barely moves. What’s the point?Whoever created this thing was very dim witted.It beginning to seem like you can rarely rely on reviews anymore. I only read TWO reviews with the same complaint as mine.Look for a better rotating under eye roller!!!!!!

Love the size and ball, but I don’t like the fact it stays cold for less than a minute.

This is a great little roller. It stays cool and I can use it around my eyes and other places but I really want to get SERUM or cream onto.. The opposite side of the roller has a little scooper if I want to scoop out face cream, or blend any two items together it works perfectly. I highly recommend..

I needed a roller to use after I heat my eyes to help simulate the glands. I'm glad that I spent a few more dollars on this one because it is definitely better (for me) than some of the less expensive ones.
