This is the worst Brother printer I have ever installed
I have purchased and installed and owned MANY, MANY, MANY Brother printers over the years but I have never had one like this. This is by far the worst and what makes it even worse is that it is a supposed Enterprise class printer. It certainly does not work like an "Enterprise" printer! When you can actually print to it, it is SO slow and then it constantly gives toner errors whether you are using original Brother toners or 3rd party toners. Also has network printing issues on ethernet so I even ordered the wireless adapter (why didnt it come with it???) and that actually helped a little but when you have constant toner errors it just does not print. Unfortunately I am too far out of the return window so just have a $699 brick.

Best Printer Product I have Bought for Office.
I had a Xerox 7800, great printer but always needing attention, and after 60K pages it dies, not worth the fix, so I order HP and both came damaged.I ordered the Brother and it came within days, PACKED perfectly and no damage. I set up and started printing. Honestly the best quality print I have seen and quiet, fast and clean. Highly recommend this printer for any office. Its just Perfect!

Really poor quality prints.
We just go this and it has a lot of problems quality problems. Blue dots on the edges, horizontal and vertical banding, and really poor black levels. I’m not entirely sure what to do. I’ve already cleaned the drum, updated the firmware, and cleaned the corona wires. None of them made a difference. I will work with brother but I’m feeling this might have sat too long somewhere and the toner is messed up. If Brother helps me through it I’ll update the review. If they don’t help, I won’t update and you can rest confident this is back in Amazon’s hands.UPDATE: Brother sent us a new blue toner, but it took 7 weeks. It fixed the issues with the blue, but did not fix the lines/streaks in full color prints. Unfortunately we are now at the return window for this printer. Rather than wait for support again I feel I have to return/rebuy to see if a new printer can solve this. Which is a shame, it prints text great, but anything with reasonable coverage looks worse than our old printers and not good enough to ship out. Depending on how the new printer performs I will update the review. Fingers crossed, I want it to work, I really do. Brother was OK to work with on support but with the toner being back ordered it's just too unfortunate because maybe they could have figured it out. Probably spent an hour on the phone with them.

Doesn't do 11x17 or connect wirelessly
Perhaps it's a typo on the product page, but this does not print on 11x17. And it cannot connect wirelessly to your router /network unless you purchase an adapter. My printer arrived with a bad drum that needed to be replaced. Not at all what I have come to expect of Brother. Very disappointing.

Brother printer are the only good ones
Excellent printer. Fast with great quality print.Be warned though: it’s a bit bulky on a desk and V E R Y heavy.

DOES NOT PRINT 11X17!
Found this printer for my job (this is why I'm not verified purchase). My boss ordered after I found the link and printer to accommodate what we need in the shop. After waiting a little over a week to get the item we finally go to set it up and there isn't any way that this printer can print 11x17. It's being returned so I don't know print quality.
