So / So - bitter aftertaste
We tried this in our ice cream base and our sorbet base (non milk based). No matter what we did to try and sweeten the base, there is always a bitter aftertaste. The initial flavor is OK - but does not taste right afterwards - with lemon there should be a sour aftertaste, not a bitter aftertaste. Not good for cold desserts.

Lemon city, population, this product.
I use this to make frozen deserts. Ice cream, Gelato etc. I finally opened the can, wow, very lemony. I took a tiny taste off the removable lide before I tossed it. DONT DO THAT lol, it's highly concentrated, 😂 I had lemon breath all night after doing that. I highly recommend. I'm dying now to try the blueberry I bought as well.

The taste displeased my clients
I could not find Hero lemon compound, and so I spent quite a lot on this product. It is too sweet and leaves a bitter aftertaste. I am a professional baker. My clients complained that my products tasted worse this time. I had to refund their money, apologize, explain, and even so, I suspect I lost their custom.

AMAZING
Has an AMAZING almost Mayer Lemon flavor. I have used it in cupcakes as a filling and mixes it with the berry delipaste. Phenominal!!!
