I am in love with this salad dressing....I have used it not only on a salad but on top of hash browns, eggs, and in my cold noodle salads in place of mayo....In total love with it.

I like garlic, and this is strong flavor. I couldn't taste the cheese. A small amount is great to flavor a whole dish. I mix it with ranch dressing to add sweetness.

I admit I had middling expectations for this dressing when I read "restaurant grade quality." What does that even mean? At any rate, it was excellent. The flavor was piquant and balanced. Strong garlic and cheese notes are dominant. Fair amount of pepper, though I'd happily have had more. I just had it over a regular homemade salad with romaine and assorted veggies. Thumbs up! I was seeking out a peppercorn parm dressing and this one will do just fine. It might be my new fave cream-based dressing, in fact!

It's really good, but it overpowers everything you put it on. It's all you can taste. Maybe if you watered it down some with half and half or heavy cream, buttermilk. A little goes a LONG way!Really tastes good though.
