Best Blade Ever Used
I've used a medium/big 'strimmer', weed whacker, Brushcutter, whatever you want to call it for many years and always used a nylon cord, I once used a flay 3 point blade and they do what they do. I needed to trash down som rough stuff a month or two ago and I bought this 2 tooth blade. It absolutely screams through everything mulching it to nothing. It cuts everything to a million pieces and is a dream to use. Nothing comes flying back at me, it's brilliant. I've dumped my strimmer chords and all the other blades, it does everything and lasts forever. Stones and catching objects even brick walls is no problem to this blade, a few sparks that's it.I love tis blade because it does everything and is great to use, lasts for a long time. I've bought 2 spares in case they ever stop making them, I need this for the rest of my working life!

Amazing
I used this blade yesterday and it's ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. I've had thin blades during the years which warp and bend, but this blade is a BEAST it went through thick brambles with ease, Amazing.

Best thing I’ve bought!
I needed something to remove a lot of well established bushes. I did some research and this popped up so I gave it a go. It only took 3 hours to mulch the bushes. Fit perfectly on my Sthil FS55.

Destroyer of the Realm
I put this on the Stihl FS56 RC. It slipped right on, made sure it was as tight as it could possibly be. I have a patch in my garden which is black bamboo (invaded from next door) along with other dense thick foliage. This chewed through it like BUTTER. took me about 15 minutes to clear through around 5m2.I would be careful putting this on anything lower in power than a FS56 (which isn’t even recommended) because even at the highest end of domestic Strimmer there were times I could hear the gear box starting to scream at me.Can’t stress this enough though, USE PPE. you need to protect yourself this thing is lethal. I had safety glasses on under my stihl visor because stuff was still getting through. It’s honestly like you are in a 100mph sand storm with the amount of stuff flying at you, and that’s with the Strimmer guard on. So cover all your skin, thick boots, and protect your eyes like it’s going out of fashion. Yes it gets hot with all this on and you might look a bit silly, but at-least you can still see.Cannot rate this product more, it is incredible. I can and will buy it again if this thing ever packs in.

I hate brambles, this loves them.
As a first my set up is a 4 stroke 25cc Makita loop handle strimmer, this 3mm blade and a full 2 shoulder harness. I had seen a couple of reviews and thought I would give this a go for £20. I installed (I didn’t need to use the included spacer washer) you will need a left hand thread nut and securing plate for your strimmer head. You need to get the head up to speed as this weighs a bit more than the Oregon quick load strimmer head I have on the strimmer normally. Then you lower into the brambles and it just chews through them. The brambles were up to about 10mm thick and very dense but this made light work of them. It has chopped them down to very small pieces, about 25mm in length and I used to sweep over the area at then end to clear the stalks close to the ground. A couple of things to note, you need to keep the head speed up, wear googles, harness to take the strain, gloves and ear defenders as the small pieces of bramble/thorns fly everywhere and most of all I wouldn’t want to hit anything hard/metal with this as could be very dangerous. I really hate brambles and have always found them hard to tackle with a strimmer and hedge cutter but this does an amazing job at clearing them. I would definitely recommend if you have a lot of clearing to do.

Be careful
Bada** tool. Does an effortless and efficient job of taking down and mulching weeds and brambles. Still got both my feet; keep yours by checking that the blade is secure at frequent intervals.

Crushes Blackberries!
You need a higher powered unit to run the blade effectively (I used a Stihl Kombi 131r) and it chews up blackberries and small brush without a thought. The mulching action saves on dump runs too. Fantastic product.

Don't waste your money on the knock off versions
The Oregon blade in the picture has about 20 hours on it. The other blade had less than an hour.I use these blades for clearing heavy brush around my property on a Stihl FS131. This is by far my favorite blade for taking down walls of brambles and other thorn bushes. It also makes easy work of saplings and small trees. I know you're not supposed to use it on small trees, but this blade will take down soft wood trees that are 4-6 inches thick with several good whacks.Since I beat on these pretty good, they do eventually bend and warp, especially if they get wedged into a hidden stump or something like that. The tips of the edges will bend out a little, and eventually, it will get too bent to be useful or get so unbalanced that it vibrates too much. However, that usually takes many days of abuse to get to that point with the Oregon blade. To save some money (since the price of these seem to range from $30-$45 depending on the day), I thought I'd try a knock off version which had all of the same specs (but was 3 ounces lighter). Well, I got less than an hour out of the cheap blade before it bent in a way I've never even seen before.Anyway, I can tell you from experience that the metal on the Oregon blades is better than the knock off versions and worth the extra cost. You can feel a difference in the weight, even if they are the exact same size otherwise. The Oregon is heavier and much stronger metal. On a side note, the Oregon 3 blade mulcher is pretty good, too, but it's really heavy. If you are "sweeping the ground" all day, and you have your harness setup right, it's great. However, if you're going to be lifting the head up over and over, chopping at bushes, it get's really heavy, really quickly. So you're better off with this two blade setup in my opinion.
