I've been using this brand daily for a couple of years or so. They work well for me, and they’ve helped my husband on more than one occasion too. Best of all, for me, is that they’re easy to suck or chew as they don’t have the hard coating that other D-Mannose tablets have, and there’s no way I can swallow such huge tablets. Even if I were to break one of these horse-pill sized tablets in half, the sharp edge where it’s been broken would catch on my throat, so being able to suck these is a major plus for me. I take them regularly for maintenance and prevention as I’m otherwise prone to UTIs. D-Mannose doesn’t treat all urinary tract infections and is intended mainly for those caused by E-Coli, so it might be that it doesn’t help everybody if they have a different type of infection.

Best value D-Mannose out there. D-mannose is an amazing medicine, I’ve suffered with chronic cystitis for 9 years and along with bicarbonate of soda and uva ursi, it’s really helped me cope with the pain. Take this instead of antibiotics! People here have mentioned that the tablets are massive, which they are, but you can always break them in half and it’s worth it.

I rely on these tablets to keep my UT healthy (as recommended by consultant Urologist), with out these its a life of antibiotics and kidney infections for me. These are very good value for money, especially as you can purchase more to reduce the cost. They come in flat pouches so when posted, they fit through letterbox. The package is discreet, which is also nice. I simply decant into a medicine bottle for easy use day to day. Having them available in 1g tablets means I’m not having to take many tablets in a day, just one in morning and one in the night. The ONLY thing I would change is the physical size of the tablet, it is very hard to swallow as it is so large. I assume mo make it smaller, the dose would also be less, so I think I will just have to put up with that. Will continue to purchase from this company.

You may have to break these up or chew them if you are not good with large tablets, but they have a pleasant taste anyway. Work perfectly well for me and I’ve had from a few different producers. If you have recurrent UTIs check out l. Crispatus vaginal suppositories as it could be caused by an imbalance in vaginal flora that enables e-coli to lie dormant and repeatedly infect you. It fixed mine and I now take them every 6 months to keep it away. D-mannose now only needed v rarely.

They are really hard to swallow, like stones.

I am finding these tablets to be very easy to take if broken in half. Only been using them for a short while to help with my UTI attacks and so far, so good. Excellent supplier, although I did not receive the extra 30 tablets I was promised if I left a feedback for the last order placed.

Excellent really works for me. I have alot of other medical conditions and didnt want antibiotics continually. Tried these and they really helped. A little on the large size but small price to pay for the relief it has given me.

I wouldn't recommend this brand for D-Mannose. I have used D-Mannose for treating UTIs for quite some time, always successfully. I've tried a few different brands, both in tablets and powder form and my UTI would clear up in a few days. I took a risk in buying this cheaper product to great detriment. Despite taking many more tablets than the stated dose trying to combat the UTI, I had no changes in symptoms nor the normal side effects of D-Mannose overdose (loose stools). After a week without improvement, I bought a tub of D-Mannose power from a well reviewed supplier on Amazon. I had to take a higher dose to get over the UTI, which resulted in loose stool, but treated the UTI immediately. However, due to waiting so long without treatment (because these tablets were ineffective) the UTI was much harder to treat. From what I experienced, it seems like the batch of tablets I received had no D-Mannose in it. I wouldn't risk using it again. It can be dangerous to leave a UTI untreated for long periods and it's not worth risking the potential harm of waiting to see if this product is actually working. Pay more and go with a well reviewed, trusted brand.
