Different texture to the ones I bought a couple of years back from the same company. They are quite hard and crunchy. Taste is quite good, but some taste good and some taste of nothing. I am going to try different company after I finished these.

I purchased these pistachios for the sole intent of making some marzipan. ( for this purpose only excellent quality nuts will do the job as you don’t want to be adding green food colouring to the end result ) . After blanching and peeling each nut they have retained their colour and flavour, which is not always the case with some that I have used in the past.For baking purposes these are excellent, even better for just eating raw.They are excellent value for money and definitely the easiest pistachios I’ve had to peel and possibly the most aromatic pistachios I have ever encountered.Highly recommended.

Been buying this for more than a year from them, usually two per month.It used to be amazing, then price slightly increased (£1) but the quality was the same.Around last September, the quality started dropping. Each package had a lot more pistachios dust in it and it didn’t taste fresh.The price started increasing around November 2022 again. I decided to buy enough to last me until the end of January. It ended up lasting more due to it tasting off and not eating as much.I was thinking about buying a new batch and I noticed they have increased the price by more than £8 per package. So now I have to pay £17 more for the same amount I purchased just a few months ago.This is all about greed and not providing quality anymore, so please avoid them until they go out of business. They do not deserve your hard earned cash.At the time of writing this, the price is £48 for 1.8KG. The original price started at £36 before moving to £38.60 around mid 2022.If you do decide to buy, leave a review with the price mentioned.
