Kaiser La Forme Plus 23 0063 7136 30 cm Loaf Pan, Black

I would highly recommend this loaf pan. It is very hard to find steel bakeware that has PTFO and PTFE free non-stick coatings. This was my main reason for buying (I am very health conscious since being in remission for cancer) plus it's supposed to be very strong and durable which I am sure is true, having used it many times to make banana loaf. It is slightly heavier and thicker set than most loaf pans but I think this probably adds to the performance as I've had excellent results every time and I'm now considering buying other products in this range. The cermaic based coating is very good quality - no scraping around the sides necessary, you just tip it and it slides out. It is supposed to be scratch resistant but I don't want to take any chances so I always slice the loaf on a cutting board. The box is also quite handy because it has a lid that flips open so I use it for storing the loaf pan. However, I was disappointed there was no recipe booklet that was promised on the box!

This pan is a pleasure to use - easy to wash and non-stick. I baked one loaf of bread so far. Best of all is PTFE and PFOA free.
