Brilliant, as always!
A wealth of information which really grabbed the attention of my English class; a rich research opportunity and talking point!

Pure Quality Like Always
Pure quality. Exactly what I expect from this company. I own over ten different memorabilia packs, four replica newspapers and a massive box of WWI memorabilia (not seen on their website or on Amazon, can only be bought from certain museums. I bought mine from Chislehurst Caves.)This memorabilia pack is full of interesting items that you can spend hours reading.But... (Yes, there's a but.)It seems to me that this pack isn't as full as the other packs. It seems that this pack features less items than the other packs. That's not to say that there's hardly anything in it, you still get a lot of things but it just feels like the other packs usually feature more items than this one has...It's still worth the money, mind you, but if you already own another memorabilia pack, you'll notice the difference instantly (or at least, I did).

Victorian Replica Pack
I shall be using this pack for collage and mixed media projects. It's great: contains much more than I was expecting. I shall really enjoy using it and am considering buying others in the range.

Absolutely brilliant
These are essentially resource packs for teachers to show students but we bought them for our vintage themed wedding. They are brilliant, really really look the part - They will just give that little extra to the feel of the reception, couldn't be happier.

Relive the age of The Victorians.
This Victorian Household - replica memorabilia packis similar to those other packs of historical ephemerafrom the Resources for Teaching set of products, butthese items tend to be centred on the moneyed classeswithin the Victorian era, rather than give any ideasor insights into the lives of ordinary working people. We have a facsimile of the first edition of the Exchangeand Mart for 1868 price one penny. With servants wantedadverts, and ads for a Landau or Brougham carriage forsale.Included also are several replica advertising brochuressuch as the one for Hampton & Sons of Pall Mall, who couldfurnish your whole house with anything from a valve watercloset to the four poster bed for your fitted bed room. There is also a licence from the Inland Revenue forauthorisation to employ and keep servants, use armorialbearings, and to use your own horse and carriage, whichhad to be renewed yearly. Just like today, the Victorianshad a tax for nearly everything! The remainder of the pack is given over to advertisingmaterials for such things as Carbolic Tooth Soap whichprobably tasted as bad as it sounds, and cures for allkinds of ailments, the cures which would no doubt beillegal now.Like other packs in this series, there are a number ofcigarette card size adverts for Robin Starch, Peek,Frean& Co biscuits, and one rather dubious one for Scrubbs CloudyAmmonia, refreshing as a turkish bath or for your hair? The Victorians were suckers for an advert or two.Whilst this pack is more, Upstairs Downstairs or DowntonAbbey than the ordinary man and woman in the street, itdoes give an interesting look at Victorian life. Some of the items are quite small as other reviewers havestated, but they are worth a look. Those of us who hadrelatives who were in service would gain more than just aglimpse at a world now gone.Children might enjoy these packs, but they are somewhatfragile and might require laminating to give them a longerlife in tiny hands. I don't understand why they are listedas a 'toy', when they are really primary source materialfor period history, but either way, they are interestingitems.Well worth a look see.

Great for a classroom display
I bought this for my classroom as I am a primary school teacher. The little bits looked great on my display and got the children talking. They brought a bit 'age' to the display. Great product.

Could be great
Was excited to order these with a collection of other Victorian inspired things to make a themed shadow box. One photo is of items that are actually usable and another is what I'm having to throw out due to the manufacturing process. They arrive with perforated edges and joined together which ruins the look in my opinion. I would pay more for individual cards. Also some of the photos are double sided so you are only getting one item rather than two. The advertisement cards all have newspaper clips on the back. I think these are more suited to card making than props.
