My cats new favourite spot
Looks lovely, sturdy, well made, easy to put together and attach. Had it around 1 month, no issues, still attached solidly on window.I bought the beige one which looks like from measurements that it's bigger than the grey one, however it's the size of the box not item on measurements. The width is actually 3cm more narrow than the grey one. It was more expensive too.

My cats absolutely love it (when it's not on the floor!)
My two kittens absolutely adored this window seat to begin with but after a month of use the suckers failed and I can't get them to stick again, no matter what I try. It's also very difficult to tighten the sucker screws because of the awkward placement next to the brackets. It's a shame it won't stay out because it's otherwise a decent quality cat bed.

Didn’t last much long, Three months and it fell off. Tried modifying it, no success

No replacement cups
Worked well for first 6 month then cups started to fail.

Cat loves it but keeps falling down
It looks nice and my cat loves it however it doesn't stuck easily and needs a strong person to do it. Because I move it around the house I feel it's not a good idea! Once it's safe just leave it there!

Please could you contact me I’m finding it impossible through Amazon! Then hammock fell off the window and one of the suckers broke so now I can’t use the hammock I just need to find where to get a replacement sucker for it as there’s nothing wrong with the hammock. Thank you

Suction cups doesn't work after 1 month
After only using it for a month ,fell off the window together with my cat, suction cups stopped working, I tried all afternoon to fix it back,it is impossible.Have to chuck it away, cannot even ask for a refund as I bought it one month and 4 days ago.Very disappointed.
