LOVE THESE!!
I purchased these for my son as he likes novelty items like this. You put them in your water and drink through them as you would a normal straw. I drink a gallon of water a day and sometimes that’s tough for me, so I tried one of these and oh my they are good! Not an overpowering flavor but certainly makes you want to keep drinking it! I downed 16 oz in no time. One thing if you do leave the straw in for a bit, the flavoring inside them will disintegrate - bc they’re in water! So drink up - I’m def buying these again!

Not good
Bought these for my husband as he doesn’t like plain water, but wanted to hydrate more. He hated them. I tasted them myself and they tasted nothing like what they were supposed to. Plastic taste with a hint of watered down flavor. Yuck.

Effective if you can get it down
Felt like I was preparing for a colonoscopy, that nasty stuff they make you drink to clear you out before they invade you. BUT if you can drink it all, you'll feel pretty decent and pee a lot 🤷
