Tried removing an old Campagnolo crankset and although the threads matched perfectly, this tool stripped out as soon as I put some pressure on it. The crankset has been on the bike for over 22 years, so I’m sure it was going to be difficult to remove, but the tool never even let the removal get that far. You get what you pay for, which was not much in this case.

Removal tool threads literally disintegrated when I tried to remove the bottom bracketMost BB rings have very shallow notches to begin with and I had a hard time gripping the ring using the tool. Now I have a crank arm that will be a bitch to remove.
