Delicious flavor

The mole had great flavor and was VERY easy to prepare. It was great on grilled chicken. It was a little sweeter than most moles we have had, and not spicy (heat) at all. It was great for someone that does not like spicy mexican food. We will be trying more of the moles this company offers!

I like the fact that it is not like the common taste! It has a different flavor, of course I added fresh onion and garlic! I think it has a Veracruz flavor!

You can get an authentic mole at home with this. Be warned, it contains peanuts.

It's difficult for me, a random white person, to describe mole in detail; but I've had several mole dishes from authentic Mexican restaurants and have also cooked with several pre-packaged pastes like this one. I've purchased the sweet variety twice because of how great it is. If you like mole, you'll like this stuff; it seems to be the best off-the-shelf mole I've ever had. You pour the paste into a large pot and add your choice of stock (beef, chicken, vegetable), and whala. Make enchiladas for your neighbors with it, because this package makes A LOT of sauce!

The Flavor!Wow! Just mix really really well, in Chicken stock, small amounts at a time. The Mole isis concentrated, and it's a thick paste. Mix well.i served it on roasted pork, then eggs , dip for chips, and chicken. yummy Mix Mix Mix

Although the flavor is good the mole taste like tangy BBQ sauce with a hint of mole sauce. Maybe make an extra spicy flavor?

First time trying this Mole, I got the spicy and the taste was so good I can't wait to make some more dishes. The prep was no problem, and I will be making more soon.
