Aesthetics are v good...functionality is perfect ...many options to open the lock...very high tech machine..just that please take care of the installation part ( which is handled by easy fix) as they don't appear to be good in coordination and on time at work..overall 5 stars to the product... we are v happy with it...thanks... Do not buy this
It does not support Smart life or Tuya. It support an app called wishome. Which is the worst app. It has limited functionality.Even the seller did not helped me in this product. I called them to replace it with a Smartlife supported lock, which is having less price than this. They assured me of replacing and told me, you will get a call back. It's almost 1.5months now and never got a call back. I would recommend to avoid this seller

safety user friendly smart lock for my house..
user friendly can go ahead for purchasing a product worth buying it. we required the smart lock app to work on our mobile, we requested for the assistance the guidance was clearly given & we were able to follow the instructions clearly provided by the technician.
