Holds your camera steady
Bought this to do some product photography, strong enough to hold a Canon EOS R and a Sony A7RIII with 50 mm lens. Very simple to use, strong, and you can tighten it down to hold it exactly as you want it.

Perfect for a ring light/iPhone mount
I’ve gone through at least a half dozen different products looking for an overhead arm mount for my ring light/iPhone holder, and this is absolutely perfect. It keeps everything up out of my way, and makes it very easy to adjust to phone to just the right spot over my desk.

It does the job
Okay for a phone! The moment I placed my camera the weight was to much. It keep falling.

Stand doesn't hold its position
I was sent a brandless microphone stand, which, okay, same shape at the pictures even if it isn't intended for a DSLR camera, the attachments are universal, it was worth trying.It won't hold the set angle. It doesn't matter how much I tighten the screw, the stand goes back to a looser position and will not stay set, rendering this useless for my purposes.
