DIZO Watch D2 Power (by realme TechLife) –Large 1.91" Superlight, Single Chipset Bluetooth Calling Smartwatch with Smart Swipe, 150 +Stylish Watch Faces and 10 Day Battery (Ocean Blue)

Wanted a smartwatch under the sub-2,000 mark when most of the watches in the market were not so great in terms of quality or features. I have been using the Huawei Honor Band 5 since July 2020 and while looking for an upgrade, this watch came to the rescue. At 1,799, I feel it is great for what Dizo is offering in this watch.Writing this review after using the smartwatch for 12 days.Pros:1. Looks nice and large on the hands giving a sort of premium feel.2. The 1.91" display helps matters in viewing and easy readability3. Measurement of the Heart rate and SPO2 is accurate as compared to the pulse oximeter.4. Call call quality is excellent and no drops or issues when taking calls through the watch. No issues at the caller's side in terms of voice clarity and levels.5. 2mm strap means lots of options available in the market.6. The software has been programmed well to NOT measure when the watch is on 'any other surface'. The measurement stops when the watch is not on the wrist.7. Vibration is good and notifies well for calls and messages.8. The Contact names do not appear fully but is acceptable as the screen is just 2".Cons1. Not a con really but mentioning here nevertheless - Battery life is around 2-3 days with call function active and rest all measurements in continuous mode. Screen brightness is set at 50%.2. Not an issue with the watch but worth mentioning here, the Dizo Activ App needs to be tweaked a lot. Exercise-related measurements freeze if the activity is paused. Does NOT resume when restarted.What could have been better:1. Wish the rotary dial was functional and would have made it easier to scroll through the menu using the dial rather than using the display.

I purchased the Dizo D2 Power Smartwatch with high hopes for its promising features. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Within just six months of use, the sensors on the watch stopped working entirely.To make matters worse, the customer support provided by Dizo has been abysmal. The toll-free number provided is perpetually disconnected, and my emails to them have gone unanswered. It is incredibly frustrating to invest in a product and then receive no support when it malfunctions.I also attempted to seek assistance from Amazon, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide any resolution. This lack of accountability is deeply disheartening and leaves me feeling utterly dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service.Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend the Dizo D2 Power Smartwatch. It is crucial to invest in a product from a company that stands by its customers and provides reliable support. You can easily wash your hands and also take full shower wearing it (i did). But i will not recommend swimming while wearing it(not tested)👍#Calling quality is really great.👍#Watch faces around 50-80 only and all are good 👍#Customized watch face photo quality will drop and you can just customise color of time only not position, shape, type 👎#watch connectivity (android) fast and realible 👍#First time account creation (dizo app) really sucks 👎 (inbuilt QR code will not work you have to download the app manually and create account. OTP issue on gmail)#buil quality good enough 👍#Rise and wake feature works well 👍#Brightness is decent enough in day light also 👍#Battery Backup really great. 👍#charging time(not tested yet)#streps quality good. If you have hairy hands (like me) you will not face any issues. 👍#conclusion- well, i am confused bcoz in this price there are other options as well which gives same or more features. I dont find anything plus point on which I can choose this watch over other. It just depends on you. 🙌I will edit the review if there something important later.

Good watch (smart) it is a reasonable price for me

Build with plastic and glass (even buckle is of plastic), it survived a bucket of water for 10 min(still working), we can customise wall papers not the watch faces ( the format of clock and steps on shinchan pic remains same for every other pic you choose but we can choose the colour though ),you will have 3 watch faces stock on the watch non of them can be replaced or costamised and in one other slot you can add a cloud based watch face or a custom watch face that's it,speaker is loud but get's muffled when you move your wrist, call quantity is good and can store up to 100 contact (no internal storage for songs), battery last for 2 day easily ,the crown is just a button (i don't want it to be functional atleast not for this price,but if it gives clicks while rotating i would have given 5 stars for this product). Over all its a great product.
