The perfect secret flavor
The pieces are clean and beautiful looking. The taste is clean and light. It adds a nice touch so I keep putting on different things. So far I tried on tomato slices with lemon and olive oil, put in coleslaw and then crumbled on popcorn. It’s good for a couple years, not that it will last that long.

best of its kind
I've been consuming Dulse seaweed for quite some time, most from Asian origins until I found Algamar products whose source is the North Atlantic Ocean and Biscay Bay.The packing is biodegradable. The Nutrifacts are completely verifiable. The product is the best I've found ever. It was delivered in no time

Just like the Seaweed in Japan. Healthy and reasonable.
I lived in Japan for years and the Japanese would use seaweed in all sorts of dishes. This is the best one available.

Unmatched quality
Most dulce available here in the states is rubbery and taste a bit spoiled, you can tell by the texture and color that this product is in a league of its own !

A Thicker Textured Seaweed With A Rich Flavor And When Cooked A Slightly Starchy Texture
When I first saw the Algamar Dulse Seaweed I was surprised to find a deep beetroot red colored dried seaweed as I am used to seeing green seaweed. The 50g resealable bag holds light flakes in varying sizes of dried Dulse Seaweed with a rich, briny aroma. When soaked, it revealed a bold crimson colored seaweed. I made miso soup with the seaweed. When cooked, it changed to a brown color with a thicker texture than Wakame Seaweed. It has a savory flavor and interestingly a slightly starchy texture that adds a rich flavor to the soup. If you choose to eat it raw, the seaweed needs to be soaked for one minute. Once soaked, it has a tender and light texture based on the size of the seaweed. It can be added to salads and sandwiches. It is a Wild Organic, Artisan Hand Harvested, USDA Certified Organic, Gluten-Free, 100% Raw, Vegan, Non-GMO product. In each 50gm serving there is 9g Protein, 8g Fiber, 280mg Calcium, 25mg Iron, and 305mg Magnesium. It is Harvested in Galicia, Spain. I really enjoyed this seaweed and will definitely reorder when we run low.
