The media could not be loaded.  I’ve been struggling to get to the 16:8 IF for awhile now and this product really helped me get there. I particularly struggle with snacking after dinner. The night time one is relaxing and keeps me from feeling peckish. We joke in our house about “lonely mouth” snacking, this seems to make me just not feel like snacking. The morning one is great too, has a little bit of an energy kick with it and helps me push through a workout before breaking my fast. Both tasted good, definitely better than other things I’ve tried. And very important, they blend well in the shaker. No powdery chunks! I’ll add an update after using for a month.

The Orange flavor is awesome! The vanilla and tropical punch are horrible. I cannot drink either one!

Not what I expected

This has really helped with my appetite control. I usually drink it about two hours after I get up and I do not get hungry during my fasting window . I have even gone past it before I eat and I am able to eat less because I am not hungry. I will probably order it again. Not thrilled with the taste but that is not as important as what it does for me.

The media could not be loaded.  Love this Tropical fruit flavor! Delicious super cold in the hot summer! Not chalky, dissolves nicely and it’s Barbie pink!! Does it get better? I think not!! You can drink 2/8oz glasses per day for appetite support and suppression! Great product!

I wasn’t sure about this product at first, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised! The tropical fruit flavor is delicious and it actually keeps me feeling full for an extra two hours so I can achieve my intermittent fasting goal. I’d definitely recommend it!
