Spillage and defective product
Product is defective. All coffee packets were opened shabbily. Bad customer service for toffee coffee

Good taste & sweetness of Chocolate
This flavour Dark Chocolate & Nutty is one of the best out of 4 flavours they have. I tried all 4 of them after coming to conclusion. Hazelnuts & Irish had very less favour compared to dark chocolate & Vanilla. I would suggest Vanilla & Dark chocolate to give a try once. I would suggested manufacturer to improve the packaging of the packet of brew bag as I don’t think “Non woven bag” in which they package coffee grounds are food safe. They should change that to food grade material like Sleepy Owl use. They overall need to improve packaging of individual packets as one of the packet I received was open from below as it was not properly sealed.
