Trexta Sports Series Snap-On Leather Case for iPod touch 4G (Football)

This case is pretty cool and my 8-yr old loved it, but he dropped his ipod on cement the 3rd day he had it and, needless to say, he damaged the antenna inside and we ended up having to replace it because it would no longer detect a wireless network. Luckily it was still under warranty. I have ordered him a more protective case since then.

My nine year old son had his heart set on this ipod case and when I couldn't find it at our local retailers, Amazon came through again! He loves everything about it and is the envy of all of his friends. It truly fits perfectly (no slipping) and feels great in the hand. It has even provided sufficient protection when dropped. Coloring, stitching, and everything about the case looks brand new after one month of intense daily use. Great purchase!

Failed to snap in all edges

We bought this case for our 3 year old. He knows how to handle an iPod so we didn't want anything bulky. This case still provides grip so it won't slip out of his hands. It's also hard on the corners so the iPod is very protected.

This item looks nice, however, it doesn't fit the iPod 4th generation. It's warped and is currently sitting in a drawer. Not how I intended to spend my money or keep my son's iPod safe.

We bought this for my ten year old son who eats and breathes football; we were happy with the feel and quality of the case and thrilled with the creative idea behind it! Unfortunately, the case's only benefit is appearance. It is useless when it comes to affording your ipod protection. The front of the case is completely flush with the ipod's screen, thus leaving no buffer around it. There is absolutely no lip or edge around the screen. On the same day we'd put this new case on, my baby got a hold of his older brother's ipod and dropped it. You know that moment when you're sick to your stomach because laying before you is your son's broken investment? Yeah, it was heartbreaking for him. The ipod screen split into about 20 cracks, even down to one place where we could see one of the small screws behind the screen. My advice: Save yourself a trip to the repair shop and find a different case.

Nice quality case, does not fully protect the top of the iPod, but I did not expect it to do so as you can see the open aspect in the pictures. My son thinks it is cool looking and feels neat in your hand

I found an item by trexta but was unable to find the football case at the retail store. I was so happy when I found it here. It was cheaper and with free shipping I couldn't pass it up. It arrived BEFORE the delivery window. It fits the iPod 4th generation perfect and has great grip. My son will love it for Christmas!
