A little bit difficult to know how to wear it at he beginning but after having reviewed the picture again it was quite simple to figure it out. I wish I had bought it earlier as has been suffering from a lot of back and hip pain and this belt completely takes the pain away. I sometimes even just wear it without the top strap as it is a little more comfortable like that and still does the job of balancing the weight of my belly! I have it in my bag to out it on at work during the day when the back pain returns!! Highly recommend!!! Don't listen to all the comments saying how difficult it is to know how to wear it and no instructions as it is quite straight forward after looking at this picture!!

sizes are difficult to judge. bought for my niece, who has a hernia as well as being 7 months pregnant. she is only 5 foot and although the baby is big, the mother is not so ordered medium and it only just fits so will only be used for a few weeks.

I was suffering from pgp due to my pregnancy so bought this. I found it uncomfortable when I was wearing it but compared to the pain I experienced without it, it was nothing. On removing the brace after wearing it for a few hours the relief was amazing! I'm not sure if my pain would have eased anyway or if this brace is super. Def worth a try to anyone experiencing pgp at that price.

no instructions how to wear and uncomfortable to wear, didn't give much support as couldn't wear for more than 10mins

Fantastic item which was a life saver for my back ache during pregnancy. For such a good price this brace enabled me to go on walks, do the cooking/housework etc for alot longer.Good quality so will definitely last for another pregnancy.
