Definitely helps me to breathe more easily at night so for that alone worth the money. Pretty comfortable as so lightweight. Only worn it for 2 nights so unsure if it stops me snoring. Awaiting husband report but so far so good. Just heard from husband that it doesn't stop me snoring. Oh well, back to the drawing board!!

It seems they fall off your nose while you are sleeping…But it does help to open up your nose to breath better, it’s comfortable and easy to use

The sharp edges make these very uncomfortable compared to similar offerings. The thin silicone 'framework' design seems like a good idea, but realistically it just twists and is very difficult to place so that it's effective - and even more difficult to keep it there. I've had success with other options.

For those of us with large noses, the middle loop joining the two sides could be bigger to accommodate longer noses

Comes in 3 sizes as trial pack. Even the smallest is a bit too big .... stretches my lower nose too much and doubt its comfy for long. Disappointed as a size down again would be perfect I'm sure. Hope makers can add a smaller version!

I really like these. They don’t stop me snoring on their own because I’m a mouth snorer, but I feel like I can breathe so much better with the medium ones in. I use a mouth guard to stop the snoring, and then these just open up my airways and I feel like I’m getting a proper amount of oxygen. Brilliant.

I used the pink ones, but they are no longer available. These are white and have the same material and are essentially the same. Please note that if you are used to the pink ones but are buying these go one size up as they are slightly smaller than the pink ones.If in doubt try them. These are the best dilators, I've searched and tried different ones throughout the years and they never match these.

I spent a little fortune to test the best nasal dilators available on Amazon, so you won't need to. My nose is slightly deviated and I noticed that this does affect my breathing during training. Nasal dilator help a lot for this. However this specific one didn't, had to move on and look for better ones.

I purchased this item after reading amazon reviews. I wish I had found this product years ago.So easy to use, my breathing and sleeping improved drastically. Awesome product, highly recommend.

These thing are amazing! I wish I had found these earlier in my life. I use these every night when I sleep, and even sometimes when I workout or hike. I have a deviated septum, and these help open my airways way more than without them. They are easy to put in, and stay in well. When I wake up in the morning, I don't even know I have these in my nose. They last awhile, but you do want to change them out every now and then (every 60 days?), because they loose their rigidity. I'm not a big guy, but I do use the large as I find it helps open my nostrils the best. I would recommend you get the multi size pack first to decide which size is best for you, then order the size you need going forward.I've tried many different types of these things, and this one is the best!
