Lonely Planet Pocket Madeira (Pocket Guide)

This book has been fantastic! It was a great tread, good information and spot on! Thank you!

This little book contains important information that we used before and during our trip. The index should be expanded, however, so it would be easier to locate topics, locations and other details.

This is a small book of 158 pages. I like that this edition was just published in June, 2023. It has lots of information and pictures in color about different areas of the island, sights to see, and places to eat and drink. It saves space by not recommending individual accommodations. That is fine with me because it helps keep the book compact and there are so many web sites where one can research that and read reviews. I'm sure I will take this book with me whn we travel to madeira.

This little booklet was VERY helpful before and during our trip to Madeira.

Go on line and access most of the information yourself and with the money you save buy some Euros! Basically it replicates a tourist brochure. I was expecting a lot more from Lonely Planet.

Easy to read with a good amount of pictures and text and gets straight to the point!
