11 Inch diameter pizza pan
The two pans I ordered are 11" in diameter and fit side by side inside a five burner stove oven - see pictures . The quality of the pans are similar to the domino's wire mesh pan. These pans are not sold locally. The first thing I did (thanks to the instructions of another reviewer) when the pans arrived was coat them in olive oil (cooking spray has too much water), for the coating to adhere and place them in the oven rack, see pictures. I experimented with three different pizza pies & toppings to compare differences. Our regular medium pie pan (w/o holes) baked a Marguerita at 500 F for 25 min while the other two personals (pepperoni/mushroom & plain) pizza pies were placed in the new pans and baked at same temp for less than half the time of the reg pan. We were able to remove the pizza nicely from the new pans without any problem. We washed the pans after baking while being very careful to NOT strip the oil coating we purposefully created initially. Wonderful crust, I've uploaded pictures of the process.

It has some good and some bad qualities
This was a bit better than expected. It was not as flimsy as I thought it might be from the photo. I think the Cuisinart Chef's Classic Nonstick Bakeware is a better all round choice for pizza. However this did the job and the open grill pattern allowed for a very good crisp crust. A bit hard to clean if some cheese gets baked on it from spillage. Still I would recommend this product. Others have prepared the surface with oil before baking which I did not do. I also used this to bake a whole chicken on that worked out very well. So it has some great other uses.

Wire mesh makes excellent strainer
I bought this for cooking frozen pizza in my tabletop convection oven. For that purpose, it has proven itself ideal. But what I like it for more is straining liquid. Its round shape perfectly accommodates any kitchen pot, for example. And, it is a better pot strainer than strainers marketed specifically for that purpose.It is not commercial quality, however, because it will not last forever. Mine was purchased four years ago. It has fallen apart and needs replacing.

Works great with Ooni
Although screens are not typically recommended with an Ooni pizza oven, we found it to be really helpful. We successfully used it in 850 degree oven with no issues.We seasoned the screen with olive oil and baked in our regular oven. No problem with the pizza sticking after seasoning.The screen is a bit flexible. I had a line bend when i cleaned it so that is why I only have 4 stars. Other than that, works great.

No soggy food
Fits perfectly in my toaster oven. I use it for making tortilla pizzas and it works great! Also works qell for chicken nuggets and French fries so they get crispy instead of soggy on a solid pan.

Just what I wanted
The pizza screen is very sturdy and allows hot air from your oven to the bottom of the pizza, bread or whatever you are baking or re heating. I clean mi e with a stiff brush and cleans up easy.

Wonderful product
This product has made my making pizza a very pleasurable experience. I had read some reviews about sticking etc...When I received this I washed it with soap and water then sprayed it with PAM. The reason I use PAM is that it doesn't leave a residue on the pan. Then after using it I wiped it with a damp paper towel. I have used it now 4 times and it make the best pizza crust and doesn't bend. Very sturdy. Hope this help someone make a decision since there are others out there.It is now 2014 and this item is still working super...no bending and makes the best pizza crust ever.

The Best Pizza Pan
These pizza screens seem to be hard to find locally. I ordered a 14" to replace a similar pizza screen that I received as a gift some 20 years ago. Anyhow, if you like to have crisp crust identical to placing a pizza right on an oven rack, than this is what you want. The advantage of using the screen is that there is no mess left in the oven and you can also easily remove the pizza from the oven. If you like a softer pizza, than this is not what you want. The 14" size seems to be about right for most frozen pizzas.
