E3D Genuine Hardened Steel Nozzle 0.4mm, 0.6mm Triple Pack for V6 HotEnd 3D Printer… (1.75mm, 0.4mm)

I've been printing for a good number of years, and have a print farm of over 3 dozen printer. I have e3d hardened nozzles on all the machines tasked to print exotic/abrasive materials such as carbon fibre filled filaments. Main reason is the abrasive nature of these filaments makes short work of brass nozzles. I ran 1kg of carbon fibre through a .4mm brass nozzle and by the end of the roll and the print the nozzle was significalntly worn. Another reason is the design of the nozzles and the internal finish of them compared to ones of a cheaper nature, including hardened ones. I've yet to have a clog of any significance using these. Can't recommend them enough if you are using materials of an abrsive nature. One caveat though, and that is the need to raise your normal print temps, this is due to the thermal conductivity of the steel. I print 15 degrees hotter than normal with my machines. In short can't fault it

I wore through my standard brass nozzle on the Titan Aero by printing just 200g of Marble PLA. So I ordered these and they work great.
