Always a great shoe to wear for walking / running with the super soft gel cushioning. Much better than the NB Rebel in my opinion, which also has the same cushioning but tends to tilt my hips forward even though both state they have the same heel/toe drop

I normally wear a size 10 to 10.5 D. Except for New Balance, I wear a size 11D.The cushioning is very comfortable. I use these at the gym, I am not a runner, so I do an hour on the elliptical and then spend up to 30 minutes doing weights.If you do a lot of running, I would imagine these would reduce the stress on your feet, knees and hips.

My new favorite running shoe!!! It feels like I’m running on clouds I’ve not ran in them for longer than 5 miles at a time, but so far they’ve held up for the price too it’s a good deal
